1.1. All prices on the Website are shown in euros (EUR) and apply to purchases made via eu.icolorpmu.com.

1.2. We use the same product prices for all EU countries. Any difference in the final amount payable is due to:

• applicable VAT, and
• shipping costs for your destination.


1.3. Prices displayed on product pages do not include VAT or shipping. Applicable VAT and shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order.

1.4. From time to time, we may offer discounts, special prices or promotions. Such offers are clearly marked and are valid only for the period and conditions indicated in the promotion.

2.1. For orders delivered within the European Union, VAT is calculated and added at checkout in accordance with applicable
tax rules.

2.2. The VAT amount will be shown on the order summary and invoice.

2.3. Our product prices do not include any customs duties or import charges that may apply to deliveries outside the EU. For such destinations, any additional charges are the responsibility of the Customer, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

3.1. We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Klarna,
• Google Pay,
• Apple Pay,
• bank transfer.


3.2. Not all payment methods may be available for all countries, orders or amounts. Available options for your order will be shown at checkout.

3.3. We do not charge any additional fees for using a particular payment method. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges (for example, for currency conversion or international payments). These charges are outside our control.

3.4. If you pay using a service such as Klarna or another “buy now, pay later” provider, you enter into a separate agreement with that provider, and their terms and conditions will apply in addition to ours.

4.1. Payment is due at the time of placing the order. We do not dispatch orders until payment has been successfully received and authorised.

4.2. Once the payment has been confirmed, your order moves to processing and will be handled in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy (typically dispatched within 1–2 business days).

4.3. In case of failed or pending payment (for example, due to bank checks or technical issues), we may place your order on hold until the payment is confirmed. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order.

5.1. We reserve the right to update product prices, shipping rates and promotions at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

5.2. Although we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, obvious errors (for example, a clearly incorrect price that is far below or above the normal level) may occur.

5.3. In the event of an obvious pricing or description error:

• we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price;
• we may cancel the order, even if it has been automatically confirmed;
• if payment has already been made, we will issue a full refund for the affected items.

6.1. Payments on our Website are processed through trusted third-party payment service providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, Klarna and others), using secure, encrypted connections.

6.2. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our own servers. Sensitive payment data is handled directly by the payment service providers in accordance with their security standards.

6.3. We may use security measures such as 3D Secure, risk scoring and fraud checks. If we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, we reserve the right to:

• decline a transaction,
• request additional verification,

or

• cancel an order.

7.1. Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and, where applicable, Digital Content & Courses Terms.

7.2. Once a refund has been approved (for example, after we receive and inspect returned products or confirm that a parcel is lost), we will initiate the refund within 5 business days.

7.3. Refunds are usually made via the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we agree on another solution with you.

7.4. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refunded amount to your account.

7.5. In case of partial returns, we will refund only the amount corresponding to the returned products, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8.1. All orders on eu.icolorpmu.com are charged in EUR.

8.2. If your bank account or card is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount into your currency according to their exchange rate and may apply additional fees.

8.3. iColor is not responsible for:

• exchange rate differences,
• currency conversion fees,
• any other charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
