At iColor, we believe that trust is the foundation of any long term relationship with our customers.

We treat your personal data, your payments and your learning experience with the same level of care that we apply to our pigments and devices: responsibly, transparently and in fullrespect of your privacy and rights.

The shop is for professional PMU artists (18+) in the EU; by ordering you confirm professional use and correct data.

Shipping, delivery times and risk transfer follow our Shipping & Delivery policy; returns follow EU rules with hygiene exceptions.

A binding contract is created when we confirm your order; we may cancel in case of obvious errors, non-payment or misuse.

Courses and digital content have separate terms: limited-time access, no refunds after access, and a strict ban on sharing or copying materials.

Prices are in EUR, shown without VAT and shipping; VAT & shipping are added at checkout, payment is taken at the time of order.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website https://eu.icolorpmu.com (the "Website") and all purchases of products and services made through the Website.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or place an order.

These Terms are concluded between:

1. Scope and Definitions

1.1. These Terms apply to all offers, orders, purchases and deliveries of:
  • permanent makeup pigments (for brows, lips, eyes, skin camouflage, etc.),
  • PMU devices and machines,
  • needles and cartridges for PMU,
  • consumables and care products,
  • access to online and offline training courses related to permanent makeup (collectively, the “Products” and “Courses”).

1.2. In these Terms:
  • “Customer”, “you”, “your” means any natural person or business entity using the Website or placing an order.
  • “Consumer” means a natural person acting for purposes outside his/her trade, business, craft or profession.
  • “B2B Customer” means a salon, academy, distributor or other business purchasing for professional use.

1.3. These Terms primarily address Consumers within the European Union. For B2B Customers, additional or different terms may apply and are agreed individually with our sales/manager team.

2. Eligibility and Account

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and place orders.

2.2. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

3. Products and Availability

3.1. Information about Products on the Website (including descriptions, ingredients, colours, images and prices) is provided for general guidance. We aim to be accurate, but minor variations (e.g. in colour shade on different screens) may occur.

3.2. All offers are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or refuse orders if Products are out of stock or discontinued.

3.3. We reserve the right to change or discontinue Products and to update prices at any time before your order is accepted.

4. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

4.1. By placing an order on the Website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected Products.

4.2. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This e-mail confirms that we have received your
order but does not yet mean that it has been accepted.

4.3. A contract between you and iColor is formed only when:
  • we send you a shipping confirmation e-mail, or
  • we otherwise clearly confirm that we accept your order.

4.4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order, for example in the following cases:
  • the Product is not available;
  • the payment is not authorised;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
  • there is an obvious error in price or description.
If we cancel the order after payment, we will refund the full amount paid.

5. Prices, VAT and Payment

5.1. All prices on the Website are shown in EUR and apply to sales via eu.icolorpmu.com.

5.2. Prices displayed do not include VAT and shipping costs. Applicable VAT and shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout before you complete your order.

5.3. We apply the same prices for all EU countries. Any changes in VAT rates or legal requirements may affect the final amount charged.

5.4. We accept the following payment methods:
  • Stripe (cards),
  • PayPal,
  • Visa / Mastercard,
  • Klarna,
  • Google Pay,
  • Apple Pay,
  • bank transfer.


5.5. Payment is charged at the time of order. We do not charge any additional fees for payment methods; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.6. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount already paid, even after an automatic confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Riga, Latvia.

6.2. We ship to EU countries using:
  • UPS for Europe,
  • Omniva for Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.

6.3. We typically process and dispatch paid orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery time after dispatch is usually 2–5 business days, depending on your location. These timeframes are estimates only.

6.4. The shipping cost is calculated as a flat rate for Europe and shown at checkout. In some cases, we may offer free shipping as part of promotions or special offers, which will be clearly indicated.

6.5. We ship only within the EU. If your delivery address is in Europe but outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the Customer.

6.6. In case of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us via WhatsApp at +371 29187350 or e-mail eu@icolorpmu.com as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. Our manager will review the case within 1–2 business days and propose a solution (replacement, refund, etc.), in line with our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (Goods)

7.1. If you are an EU Consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

7.2. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused Products in their original, sealed packaging. Any opened or used pigments, consumables, cosmetic or PMU products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

7.3. If you change your mind:
  • you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the Products;
  • you must return the Products to our address at your own cost;
  • after we receive and inspect the returned Products, we will refund the Product price (excluding the original shipping cost) within 5 business days.

7.4. Refusal to pay customs duties / refusal of customs clearance
If you order to a country/territory where customs clearance and import duties apply (e.g. Switzerland, Liechtenstein or certain European islands) and you refuse to provide data or to pay duties/taxes/fees, and the parcel is returned, we treat it as a "change of mind" return:
  • refund only product price,
  • no refund of original shipping,
  • we may deduct extra carrier charges (return shipping, storage, customs handling).
If the parcel is not returned (destroyed/abandoned by carrier/customs), we cannot refund.

7.5. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect Product, you must inform us within 14 days from delivery, providing your order number and photos where possible. We will review your claim and offer a suitable solution (replacement, refund, etc.).

7.6. Detailed conditions for returns, refunds and your statutory withdrawal rights are described on our Returns & Refunds page. In case of any conflict, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country prevail.

8. Courses and Digital Content

8.1. We provide:
  • pre-recorded online Courses,
  • live online webinars,
  • hybrid training (online theory + offline practice).

8.2. Course content is hosted on a dedicated streaming service (bunny.net) and/or our learning platform. Access is personal and may not be shared or resold.

8.3. Unless otherwise stated in the specific Course description, access to Course materials is provided for 3 months from the date specified for that Course (either from the date of access or the start of the training).

8.4. Access to digital content is considered to start when:
  • we grant you access to the online learning area, and/or
  • the Course officially starts (for scheduled groups).

8.5. As a rule, Course fees are refundable only until the start of the Course. Once you have received access to the digital content or the Course has started, no refunds are provided, except where required by applicable law.

8.6. In some cases, to gain immediate access to digital content, you may be asked to explicitly agree to waive your 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. Details are provided in the specific Course offer.

8.7. Any conditions specific to Courses and digital content, including certificates, homework requirements and rules on use of materials, are further described in our Digital Content & Courses Terms, which form an integral part of these Terms.

9. Use of the Website and Intellectual Property

9.1. All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, Course materials, product names and trademarks, is owned or licensed by iColor and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9.2. You may use the Website and its content only for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with browsing or purchasing Products and Courses.

9.3. You may not:
  • copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Website content or Course materials;
  • share your Course login details with others;
  • resell, publish or make Course content available to third parties in any way.


9.4. In case of unauthorised distribution, resale, sharing of accounts or other serious violations, we reserve the right to suspend
or terminate access to our Courses and/or seek legal remedies.

10. Personal Data and Cookies

10.1. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, and our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

10.2. Our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains:
  • what personal data we collect and for which purposes;
  • the legal bases for processing;
  • how long we store data;
  • your rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.);
  • how we use cookies and similar technologies.

10.3. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) for iColor is:

10.4. By using the Website and placing orders, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy & Cookie Policy. Where required by law (e.g. for marketing or non-essential cookies), we will ask for your explicit consent.

11. Liability

11.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill or data;
  • our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

11.3. You are responsible for using our Products and Courses in accordance with:
  • the instructions and safety information provided by iColor;
  • applicable laws and regulations in your country (including requirements for professional certification, hygiene, and health & safety rules).

12. Changes to these Terms

12.1. We may update these Terms from time to time, for example due to changes in our services or in legal requirements.

12.2. The current version of the Terms is always available on the Website and is indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top.

12.3. For ongoing contracts (e.g. Courses not yet started), we will inform you in an appropriate manner if we make significant changes that materially affect your rights. If required by law, we will ask for your consent.
